For the fall semester, 扒哥吃瓜 is excited to welcome six faculty members to new positions in a broad range of academic disciplines.

On April 5 and 6, 扒哥吃瓜 held a Descendant engagement symposium, called 鈥淭racing Lives Through Slavery, Engaging Hallowed Grounds Along the Road to Freedom: Preserving, Protecting & Redefining Community.鈥�

Brian Hutzley has been selected as 扒哥吃瓜's new chief financial officer and senior vice president for finance and administration.

Four 扒哥吃瓜 faculty members from a range of liberal arts disciplines have been promoted with two of them receiving tenure.

K Hirgeto 鈥�24 and Diego Toledo Juarez 鈥�24 have been accepted to Towson University鈥檚 StarTUp Accelerator for entrepreneurs. The duo will work on Reclaim, a lost-and-found community-based platform for campus communities.
