On April 10, 2026, ǸԹ's chapter of Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology, held a ceremony to induct 11 new members. Psi Chi seniors also received their honor cords during the ceremony, to be worn at Commencement.

Dr. Gillian Starkey and Dr. Amanda Draheim were recently selected to participate in a new learning community. The program is part of Interfaith America’s Teaching and Learning Pluralism Cohort.

A group of Psychology Department students and faculty recently attended the Eastern Psychological Association (EPA) conference in Boston February 26th-February 28th.

In December 2025, Professor of Psychology Dr. Jennifer McCabe and ǸԹ alum co-authors Belle St. Jean, Jessica DeKoven, Mariah Lees, and Vanessa Cisse published an article in the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning in Psychology journal entitled, “Getting warmer: Effects of syllabus language on student perceptions of instructor and course.”

In collaboration with her colleagues at Georgia State University, Dr. Amanda Draheim has recently published an article examining the psychometric properties of the computer task she developed for her dissertation: the Outcome Probability Task.
